Les Délices de Valérie's core produce is its uniquely flavoured petit macarons, handmade chocolate Bonbons and French Patisserie. Our flavours were extracted from fresh fruits, dried herbs and teas, carefully blended with selected liqueurs and chocolates.

Mint flavoured macarons shell filled with hazelnut ganache and minty candy cane buttercream and crystals.

A unique blend of fresh sour cranberry and sweet dehydrated cranberry balanced off with navel orange peel and Barry Callebaut's white chocolate.

'The Black Dog'
A christmas favourite, chocolate ganache made of bitter Guiness Stout and hint of espresso.

'The Mooncake' by Valerie
A translation of the Chinese Mooncake in conjuction with the Lunar Mid Autumn Festival. Almond Macaron Shell filled with Pandan Lotus Paste and Perfectly Cooked Salted Duck Yolk

'Elderflower and Sponge'
A concoction made of the classical Victorian Sponge immersed in homemade Elderflower cordial, freshened with just a splash of Sicilian Lemon Juice.

'Lemon Verbena & Clover Honey Macarons'
Gingery Lemon Verbena Shells filled with Australian Clover Honey Curd, Clover Honey Gel and freshen up with just a splash of Sicilian Lemon Juice.

'Earl Grey & Coconut'
A concoction of our all time favourite, Dilmah's Earl Grey and fresh and dried desiccated Coconut.

'Sicilian Pistachio'
An new addition to the Premium series Macarons. A classic macaron flavour made with only the finest ground Sicilian pistachio paste, completed with premium Callebaut's White Chocolate.

Inspired by the all time Malaysian favourite desserts, 'Bubur Pulut Hitam'. A Rich and Nutty macarons made of steamed Black Glutinous Rice & Fresh Coconut Milk perfected with just a pinch of 'Fleur de Mer' salt.

Dear patrons,

We have recently reshuffled our macarons flavours. Among the new, not to be missed out flavours were-

'Nama Wasabi, Pistachio and Fleur de Mer'
Macaron filled with freshly ground nama wasabi, pistachio and finish with 'Fleur de Mer' salt.

'Lemon Bush'
Lemongrass macarons shell completed with Sicilian lemon oil, lemon verbena and lemon zest cream.

'Goma'
Smooth black sesame puree filled between fragrant sesame macaron shell.

Refreshing Yuzu Flavoured Capelin Roe Ganache complimented with Hint of Passionfruit Buttercream.

'Beetroot & Balsamic Orange'
A Macarons Flavour inspired from the Classic Combination of Orange and Beetroot. Braised Earthy Beetroot with poached Orange Peel in Balsamic Vinegar completed with Callebaut's Milk Chocolate Ganache.
