A very simple foolprove peanut cookies recipe that anyone can try 😋😋😋
Melt in your mouth texture 🤤🤤🤤

Recipe :
1. Ground Peanut 3 500g
2. Top Flour 500g
3. Icing sugar 220g(less sweet) 250g(normal)
4. Peanut oil 270g for maximum flavour (corn oil for normal flavour🙃🙃🙃)

Steps:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl
2. Preheat your oven to 180°C
3. Scoop with a teaspoon roughly around 7g each dough balls
4. Shape the doughballs into round shapes then lightly press it down to flatten it abit
5. Place on baking sheet with equally spaced in between them
6. Lightly brush cookies with beaten egg for colour
7. Bake in preheated oven for 16 minutes or till the rop turns golden brown
8. Remove from oven and wait till completely cool before consuming
9. Place in air tight container to keep it away from your children or they will eat everything
