We just want to say this honestly.

We are not a chain. We are just a small team, doing everything ourselves, both kitchen and service, every single day. From 8:30AM to 3:30PM, we operate at full capacity non stop. Every bagel sandwiches is made fresh, one by one. Every order takes time, effort, and focus. There is no shortcut behind what we do.

We never relied on ANY form of marketing since day 1 , never forced anything on anyone. Yet somehow, because of all your support, our little shop is serving hundreds of customers daily. And for that, we are truly grateful.

But with this level of volume, we had to make difficult decisions. We gave up takeaway sales, not because we wanted to, but because we chose to prioritise those who came all the way to dine with us. We want you to sit down, enjoy your food, and not wait endlessly because of overwhelming orders. Everything we do is to protect your experience, and to protect the people working behind it.

We are just a team that takes food seriously. We care about what we serve, and we care about how it is served.

Please don’t dismiss or undermine the effort behind this. Please respect our work, and also respect yourself.
