So we did the thinking for you. This Father’s Day ; one tart, layered with the flavours that suit a man who “doesn’t need anything”. Maybe with just chocolate, coffee and a little orange to keep it interesting.

Available in whole cake, 6” just nice for a group of 4 or slightly more. 💞

Welcome to EP 1 of “Why Not This Cake”, a series made for our Monthly Specials.

Many people explain why, but never why not. In this episodr, we thought why not change the texture of a crumble and make it more interesting? Out pops our Plum Crumble with an ‘almost’ earl grey ganache. The texture is somewhere between a ganache and cream, something that binds the crumble and moisten the overall.
