今天看到剛切好的蔥花，突然有了點feel。

一根一根精選、洗淨，再切成小小的蔥花。
後續抹滿一床法國發酵奶油，鋪上小蔥花，
綁上小辮子，最後撒上Parmesan cheese。

其實都是很簡單的新鮮食材，
但一個麵包好不好吃，很多時候就是從這些小細節開始。

突然又覺得，做麵包好像就是這樣。
