Me (Lynn) and my partner (Amy) have been occasionally baking our Fresh Truffle cheesecake since last year MCO '20 while continuing with our own work and to keep up with the coming demands we both had decided to create a page here to make all orders easier and having a lovely dedicated team now too( family members as well) to help out. Our 6-inch Signature burnt cheesecake, baked fresh daily with a

burnt crust that creates an umami flavour and a soft interior mixture in the centre with a dreamy mouthfeel thatโ€™s both rich and dense, yet somehow a tiny bit airy. While incorporated with only the best ingredients, we wanted to turn our cheesecake into a bit of luxe. Hence we shave the fresh truffle over the cake for dramatic flair, like an overenthusiastic Italian chef. We provide the freshest truffle imported from Italy, which must be consumed within 2 days of your collection. Also for this reason orders BEST placed a week earlier TO AVOID ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED. If you are looking for a fun holiday party idea for your kids, then why not host a cookie decorating party.
There are lots of fun themes you can choose, and since Christmas is approaching we decided to go with Christmas ๐ŸŽ„ theme.

Things need to prepare :
1- plastic table cloth
2- Paper plates to decorate each cookie
3- cookies
4- icing
5- sprinkles
6- wet wipes ๐Ÿงป

Our cookies are just good and not overly sugary, but once you add the icing, then it is the perfect mix without being too sweet.

Don't forget wet wipes and paper towels for any messes.
