Our 6-inch Signature burnt cheesecake, baked fresh daily with a
burnt crust that creates an umami flavour and a soft interior mixture in the centre with a dreamy mouthfeel that’s both rich and dense, yet somehow a tiny bit airy. While incorporated with only the best ingredients, we wanted to turn our cheesecake into a bit of luxe. Hence we shave the fresh truffle over the cake for dramatic flair, like an overenthusiastic Italian chef. We provide the freshest truffle imported from Italy, which must be consumed within 2 days of your collection. Also for this reason orders BEST placed a week earlier TO AVOID ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.
