There comes a moment when we must pause and embrace new opportunities as they arise. After careful consideration, I have decided to take on a new challenge and would like to inform you that moving forward, I will be accepting orders exclusively on weekends, with advance bookings only.

Currently, I will continue to fulfill mooncake orders, albeit with very limited availability. Kindly allow me some time to unveil the 2025 mooncake menu.

Please note, this does not signal the end of my homebaking journey, but rather a significant adjustment to my schedule.

As a result, flexibility in pick-up times will be more constrained.

Tiramisu, the Italian style.

Yes the yolk is sabayon, then add to mascarpone, fold into heavy cream and meringue into the mixture. Yes a lot of steps but it’s the way I was taught by an Italian auntie more than 15 years ago.

❌ No substituting with cream cheese! Using real mascarpone cheese.
❌ No alcohol (to cater for everyone)
❌ No crunchy ladies finger.
❌ Not just whipping cream layered with ladies finger.

Christmas English Fruit Cake!

Once you tried it, you will come back for more. This is not your typical, hard and dry fruit cake. It’s moist and super fragrant. Ingredients are sourced locally from local bakery supply shops to give you the finest quality English Fruit Cake.

There will be extras for Friday 23/12 or Saturday 24/12 pick up to be gifted or for your get together this Christmas.
