巢阁鸡蛋仔在2013年6月28日开始创立，全马首创位于马来西亚砂拉越诗巫新珠安经营。香港鸡蛋仔是香港地道街头小吃之一，台湾称鸡蛋糕。以鸡蛋、砂糖、面粉、淡奶等造成汁液，倒在两块特制蜂巢状铁制模版的中间，放在火上烤成。倒出来的鸡蛋仔呈金黄色，有蛋糕的香味，加上中间是半空的，咬下时口感特别弹牙。
鸡蛋仔起源于1950年代，有杂货店老板为了不浪费破裂的蛋，遂尝试加入面粉、牛油等配料弄成浆状，再经倒模烘烤而成。
后来模具设计成小小的鸡蛋形状，不料大受欢迎。初时鸡蛋仔由鸭蛋制成，因为价廉味浓，蛋中的腥味可令鸡蛋仔更香。
鸡蛋仔传统是由街边小贩以手推车贩卖。不过近年亦有小食店制作，并增设不同口味，如巧克力、椰丝、黑芝麻等
香当香鸡蛋仔在五十年代出现在香港，经过几十年的发展，已经遍布香港的大街小巷，但是在大陆还难觅其踪影。福客来加盟总部首家引进鸡蛋仔项目，独家开发了专用设备，使其操作更加简单方便，并对其
