We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Y.Bhg. Dato' Haji Mohd Sahil Bin Zabidi for mentioning our hotel project in the Keluar Sekejap podcast. Your recognition and support are truly meaningful to us as we continue to contribute to Kulim’s growing hospitality and business landscape.

Harris Kulim by Ascott @ Beaver Midtown Kulim will be the first 4-star hotel in Kulim, strategically located at the intersection of BKE and Perdana Highway. The development will feature 233 well-appointed guestrooms, an international-standard conference ballroom, as well as a swimming pool, gymnasium, and all-day dining restaurant.

We look forward to welcoming guests soon and to playing a key role in elevating Kulim as a vibrant destination for business, events, and leisure.

Beberapa kawasan di Kedah, termasuk Jitra dan Kulim, telah dilanda banjir baru-baru ini, menjejaskan ramai keluarga dan komuniti setempat. Dalam situasi mencabar ini, Beaver Properties Group ingin merakamkan penghargaan yang setulusnya kepada semua pasukan penyelamat, agensi berkaitan dan para sukarelawan atas dedikasi serta komitmen mereka.

Sebagai sebuah organisasi yang prihatin terhadap komuniti, Beaver Properties Group telah bertindak segera mengumpul bantuan dan menyerahkannya kepada Tuan Pegawai Daerah Kulim untuk diagihkan kepada mereka yang memerlukan. Several areas in Kedah, including Jitra and Kulim, have recently been struck by flooding, affecting many families and local communities. During this challenging time, Beaver Properties Group extends our heartfelt appreciation to all rescue teams, relevant agencies, and volunteers for their unwavering dedication and service.

As part of the community, Beaver Properties Group acted promptly to gather essential supplies and deliver them to the Kulim District Officer for distribution to those in need. We believe that the strength of a community lies in unity — and we stand alongside everyone impacted by this disaster.

As a part of the community, Beaver Properties Group expresses deep concern and care for areas affected by the floods. Upon learning about the disaster, they promptly organized and prepared 200 relief packages containing essentials such as rice, canned sardines, cooking oil, biscuits, and sugar, which have been delivered to flood-stricken areas in Kelantan and Kedah. Social responsibility has always been a core principle and value of Beaver Properties Group. If assistance is needed in promoting this initiative or finding more donation channels, please feel free to reach out!

Sebagai ahli komuniti, Beaver Properties Group menyatakan kebimbangan dan keprihatinan mendalam terhadap kawasan yang terjejas oleh banjir. Setelah mengetahui tentang bencana tersebut, mereka segera mengatur dan menyediakan 200 pek bantuan yang mengandungi keperluan asas seperti beras, sardin dalam tin, minyak masak, biskut, dan gula, yang telah dihantar ke kawasan terjejas di Kelantan dan Kedah.
