Resepi Apam Pisang Kukus

1 cawan gula
1 cawan minyak masak
2 cawan pisang yg dilenyek (pisang lemak manis)
2 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
3 biji telur

Masukkan semua bahan dlm mangkuk besar.
Putar sehingga sebati & kukus.
Utk acuan kecil2, kukus 15 minit api besar.
Utk loyang, kukus 45 minit api besar.

Tips: kalau nak apam nampak urat2 pisang tu selepas lenyek pisang tu biarkan sekejap dlm 15minit baru dimasukkan dlm bancuhan adunan. InsyaAllah cantik kejadiannya 😊
