Lunar New Year 2026 🍊

the bakery will be open as usual during the festive week - Thursday, Friday & Saturday, and throughout the month of February.

fresh loaves, sandos, tartines, coffee and all familiar offerings will be here; full menu will be shared in stories when the day comes.

we are now taking preorders for February loaves and bagels. If you are planning of bringing some home, do place your orders early. We will be taking in preorders as many as we can, or until we reach full capacity.

a Christmas bread we have been trying to make for a few Christmases now. This year, it finally feels right, and we are happy to share with you.

our Panettone Classico is leavened with sweet sourdough starter ‘Serene’ with an enriched dough made using organic eggs, French butter, flavoured with candied citrus peels, golden raisin and Madagascar vanilla. Soft, fragrant, and citrusy.

every Thursday, Friday, Saturday. And sweet Sunday with 1st Sunday of the month.

2025 has been an exceptional year, learning, stretching and continuing to refine and improve. With the new schedule, we hope to gain a clearer mind, better physical and emotional space, more time for research and development- to explore, experiment, and bring new offerings to the table.

thank you for walking through our doors and making 2025 a meaningful one.

last Hin market of the year coming up this Sunday 21st December ; and the last business day at the bakery will be Saturday 27th December. Reopening Thursday 1st January 2026 with new operating days and usual hours.

time has passed. It has been two years since we started spending almost every Sunday at

we still remember that first Sunday with excitement, packing up the morning bakes and a few bottles of kombucha. By the end of the day, most of it came back home with us. Not the best start, but it was the beginning of something we have come to truly treasure.

these days, our Sunday bakes have grown three to four times over. Some days, much of the bread is preordered before the market begins. And some good days, the breads are taken earlier than expected.

this market has become more than just a place where we sell bread. It is a space where we have explored new ideas, learned running a small-scale production, and finding balance between the growth and sustainability. It has been, and still is, a space of learning.

over time, we have come to recognise many familiar faces, greeting you by name and sharing conversations. There is a joy in seeing the return visits and new faces, a kind of recognition we cherish deeply.

thank you for coming back week after week, for your trust, and your kind words. We are also grateful to the team behind hin market for this platform that allows small makers to share what we do with a wider community.

time may fade, but one thing will always remain the same: our commitment to making honest, nourishing bread that feeds both body and soul.

Cherry Tomato & Rosemary Sourdough Focaccia

this tradition Italian bread has always been a favourite of ours, and after two years, we are bringing it back as a permanent offering at our bakery.

our version starts with a long-fermented sourdough base, resting overnight to develop a light, airy, fluffy texture.

adding in vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, and a sprinkle of maldon sea salt. Crispy edges, a soft texture and a burst of sweet, juicy flavours.

we are excited to explore more possibilities with this dough in the days ahead.

ANNOUCEMENT.

for now, we have decided to suspend walk-in/dine-in at the bakery indefinitely. We will continue with preorders and pickups on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We will conclude preorders two days in advance at 6pm, Monday for Wednesday’s pickups and Thursday for Saturday’s pickups. Full menu in the online store, link in bio.

you will still find us at Hin Market on Sundays for all our sourdough goodies.

at the heart of it all, we stay focused on our ethos of producing small-batch, artisanal, naturally fermented sourdough bakes, kombucha, and coffee.

it’s this joy and sincerity in this simple pursuit that keeps us going, and we hope to continue doing this for a long time to come.

We have noticed some questions about the pet policy. We would like to share that our bakery is not pet-friendly.

one of our goals has always been to serve as a welcoming space for everyone in our diverse, multi-ethnic, and vibrant community. As a neighbourhood sourdough bakery, we hope each visitor feels at ease.

the bakery will be closed on Wednesday 5th March for an enhancement to improve both our work flow and your experience.

we will be back and baking on Saturday 8th March. We encourage placing in preorders for your loaves/ bagels in advance through the link in bio or by dropping us a message on WhatsApp.

we will have a selection of smaller bakes available, full menu will be shared on Friday in stories.

olive rosemary loaf

this loaf has been a staple in our offerings since day one, a favourite among our regulars and one of the best-sellers. But now, it is time for a little pause.

we are baking the last few batches of olive rosemary before it temporarily takes a break from the menu. Production will resume once the current supply of green olives is restored or we find a suitable substitute.

taking pre-orders only, next batch will be on this Saturday at the bakery or Sunday at the market. drop us a dm/ whatsapp by Thursday, 16th January to reserve yours.
