2月/ 曼波的小日子
February Baking Joys

These past few weeks have been full and busy.
We’ve been pouring our energy into our CNY Cookies Gift Sets, while at the same time quietly renovating a new bakery space, Sonder .

Hopefully, we’ll be ready to reveal it this March.

Our original third-floor space remains as it is.
This new ground-floor space allows us to extend the way we work — a smoother workflow, without the daily need to move heavy flour and bread up and down.

This is where Sonder comes in.
A sourdough micro bakery bar shaped by time, fermentation, and intention ：）
