1. Classic Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter
* 1 cup (200g) sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup (60g) flour
* 1/2 cup (45g) cocoa powder
* 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a pan.
2. Melt butter, then mix with sugar.
3. Add eggs and vanilla; whisk until glossy.
4. Mix in flour, cocoa, and salt.
5. Pour into pan and bake 20–25 minutes.
6. Cool before cutting (this makes it fudgy).



2. Chewy Brownies

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup butter
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 3/4 cup flour
* 1/3 cup cocoa powder
* 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar.
3. Add eggs + vanilla; beat well.
4. Fold in dry ingredients.
5. Bake 25–30 minutes for a chewy texture.
6. Let cool fully before slicing.

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup butter
* 3/4 cup brown sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1/3 cup cocoa powder
* 1/2 cup peanut butter
* 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Mix butter + sugar, then eggs + vanilla.
3. Add dry ingredients.
4. Pour batter into pan.
5. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter and swirl.
6. Bake 22–28 minutes.



6. Salted Caramel Brownies

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup butter
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1/2 cup cocoa powder
* 1/3 cup caramel sauce
* 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Prepare batter (butter + sugar → eggs → dry mix).
3. Pour half batter into pan.
4. Add caramel layer, then rest of batter.
5. Swirl lightly.
6. Bake 25–30 minutes and sprinkle salt on top.
