Inspired by the familiar pistachio-rich flavours of the Mediterranean, our Pistachio Chocolate Cake is our version of the much-loved pistachio and chocolate pairing 🍫💚

This rich, nutty cake is made with generous amounts of finely ground pistachios and premium pistachio paste folded into the batter for a deep roasted pistachio flavour in every bite.
