Info you should know about your favourite mango cheesecake!

🍪The base of the cake made by crumbled digestive cookies mix with melted butter.

🧀For the cream I used cream cheese with some sugar, whipped cream, halal gelatin,
🍋some drops of lemon juice to give a citrusy or sour taste and a mango dice 🥭for more refreshing.🤤
Then, decorate the mango with constant for a rose mango look 😍🌹

Alhamdulillah walaupun mangga tu nampak dah lebam sebab zuzu hantar dari jauh nak bwk balik Universiti nak kasi kawan zuzu rasa🤣

Sila simpan cake ini di dalam peti ais bahagian freezer untuk tahan lama. Sebab cake ni sgt kaya dengan cheese dan mangga😋
