Cicah bersama kuah kacang tanpa santan.

Xguna yis pun.. Guna soda je..
N campuran bawang kisar..
Ada yg nk resepi ke??
Resepi cucur udang.
1/2kg Tepung gandum
Sebiji telur
1biji bawang besar (kisar)
Pewarna kuning
2 biji bawang holland hiris
Kucai
Tauge
Udang
Garam
Gula
Sedikit soda bikarbonat
Air
Cara:
-Blend bawang besar sebiji
- masukkan tepung gandum dlm bekas
-masukkan bawang yg di blend td, telur sebiji, air, garam, gula, soda bikarbonat..kacau adunan. Agak2 letak air jgn pekat sgt.. Jgn cair sgt.
-masukkan kucai, tauge, bawang holland hiris, dan cili besar hiris..
- cara goreng nk bg bentuk bulat.. Celup senduk besi ke dalam mnyk pns.. Letak adunan td.. Letak udang ats dia.. Masukkan dlm mnyk pns... Biar kejap smpai bawah dia masak.. Nnti dia akan tertanggal sndiri..
Resepi kuah kacang tanpa santan
Segengam cili kering
2biji bawang besar
7ulas bawang putih
Halia
Serai
Lengkuas
Belacan
(Semua bahan di atas dikisar halus)
Kacang tanah yg disangai dan diblend kering..
Asam jawa
Gula/ gula melaka
Cara:
1)tumis bahan yg di blend td..
2) da garing masukkan kacang tanah yg disangai n diblend halus..
3)masukkan air asam jawa
4)masukkan sedikit air.. Gula dan garam. Nk letak gula melaka pun boleh...
5) biar naik minyak.. Kalau nk lagi pekat letak bancuhan tepung jagung.. Utk pekatkan kuah.

香蕉小發糕
Banana Fatt Koh /Banana Huat Kueh

食材 :
香蕉 150克
紅糖 50克
白糖 40克( 如果香蕉的甜度夠, 糖可以減少 10-20克 )
清水 180克
粘米粉 50克
低筋面粉 150克
玉米油 20ml
泡打粉 1茶匙 (4克)
食用蘇打粉 3/4 茶匙 (3克)

做法
1. 香蕉去皮以叉壓爛成泥
2. 加入紅糖,白糖和清水混合均勻
3. 加入已過篩的低筋面粉和粘米粉, 輕拌均勻
5. 加入20毫升油,拌均勻, 最後加入 1茶匙 (4克)泡打粉和3/4 茶匙 (3克)蘇打粉, 拌均勻
6. 面糊倒進已鋪上發糕紙的模具內, 九分滿既可
7. 水煮沸後, 放入蒸鍋內大火蒸 20 分鐘既可熄火取出
8. 從模具中取出發糕, 放在蒸架上待涼

備註 :
1.我用 4.5cm X 3cm ( H) 的模具, 可做 13 個小發糕 ( 視紙杯的高度而定 )
2.蒸的過程中不可打開蓋, 要大火蒸, 面糊要倒至九分滿

Ingredients :
150g Banana
50g brown sugar
40g white sugar (If the sweetness of the banana is enough, the sugar can be reduced by 10-20g)
180g of water
50g rice flour
150g low-gluten flour/cake flour
20ml Corn oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder (4g)
3/4 teaspoon of baking soda (3g)

Practice:
1. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork
2. Add brown sugar, white sugar and water and mix well
3. Add sieved cake flour and rice flour, and mix lightly
5. Add 20ml of oil, mix well, finally add 1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon (3g) baking powder, mix well
6. Pour the batter into the mould that has been covered with paper cups, put 90% full of batter
7. After the water is boiled, put it in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and take it out
8. Remove the Banana Fatt Koh from the mold and place it on the steaming rack to cool

Remarks:
1. I use a mold of 4.5cm X 3cm (H), which can make 13 small Banana Fatt Koh
2. Do not open the lid during the steaming process, steam on high heat, and pour the batter until 90% full .
