How should I store my jelly cakes? Our jelly cakes are 100% preservative-free. Hence, our jelly cakes sho

uld be kept in refrigeration below 10oC at all times. In situation where refrigeration is not possible, it is most sensible to extend freshness under air-conditioned environment, in which they can last for approximately 4 to 6 hours and it is best to consume the jelly cakes on the day of purchase itself. However, if that is not the case, with appropriate refrigeration, our jelly cakes can last up to 4 to 5 days. What is the main ingredient of our Jelly Cake? The main ingredient is Green Seaweed which imported from Japan. Green seaweed has the most composition of fibre and low in saturated fat & cholesterol, and has positive effects on our health. Besides, our Jelly does not contain food additives and are animal-product free. Do you provide delivery service and how much will that cost? It depends on the location and please kindly contact us for more details.
