Pandan leaf is a kind of spice that is warm in nature, non-toxic, has the effects of reducing liver fire, moisturizing the lungs, and clearing away heat and detoxification. It is also often found in Southeast Asian cuisine. We use this advantage to launch a signature cake belonging to YHL, Pandan Chiffon Cake 🔔

The taste of this cake is very delicate, it can melt in the mouth, and it is made entirely of natural materials. We also ordered fresh pandan leaves and squeezed them into juice, and then put them in the cake to make our cake full of pandan aroma.
