Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: The promotion is valid for new wedding cake orders only. Existing orders and modifications to existing orders do not qualify.
Booking Period: The offer is valid for bookings made before 30 August 2024.
Event Date: The wedding event must take place within 12 months from the booking.
Discount: Any discount voucher is not applicable for Wedding Packages. Excluding taxes and additional services.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure the date and package.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event date. The deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made will be refunded if the cancellation is within this period.
Custom Design: The package includes a custom-designed cake up to a specified size. Additional servings or elaborate designs may incur extra charges.
Tasting Session: The complimentary cake tasting is available for the couple only. Additional tastings for other guests can be arranged at an extra cost.
Delivery and Setup: The package includes delivery and setup within a Klang Valley, and Kuala Lumpur area. Additional fees apply for locations outside Kuala Lumpur.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute ingredients or decorations if necessary, ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction.
