An elegant birthday cake fit for a princess. The shade of n**e exudes timelessness with the twist of modern touch of ribbons and hearts. This was a Type 1A cake (5inch in diameter) of a Pistachio raspberry flavour. A luscious layer of butter cake baked with pistachio paste and roasted pistachio chunks. Layered with a generous amount of homemade raspberry compote and raspberry buttercream. The entire cake is then decorated with our classic French buttercream
