Tomorrow I will be at the Los Frailes Saturday Market.
I have the Tarragon Chicken salad and an Asian Noodle Salad w/Peanut Dressing.
I also have 3-Bean Chili con Carne, Broccoli Cheddar Soup (Vegetarian) Curry Lentil Soup (vegan) Cauliflower Goat Cheese & Bacon Soup,Organic Chicken Bone Broth and Split Pea w /Ham & Rosemary.
And for you sweet freaks I have Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge.

Please note that the Los FraMarket has moved to upper LF. As you enter LF you make a left at the 2nd street. It’s straight ahead. You can’t miss it. I’m the only one with a “Barbie” Pink umbrella and I’ll be next to Chinaberries Booth with all of Debra’s fabulous organic produce.

Tomorrow at Mercado Sano I will have a real treat for this hot weather. WATERMELON GAZPACHO. It cold and super refreshing! With Cucumber, Mint and various crunchy veggies. It will sell out fast so hurry down.

AND for all you Gluten-Free people with a sweet tooth I’ve made rich fudgy GF BROWNIES w/ a CREAM CHEESE PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING. They taste almost like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Bar and you would NEVER guess they are Gluten Free.

This week I also made a BLACK BEAN TORTILLA SOUP. Not your traditional Tortilla Soup. This one is a blend of Black Beans and Tortilla Chips, seasonings etc, then I add whole beans and a Pico de Gallo for texture and flavor.

I also have a myriad of other soups plus Asian Coleslaw w/ a Ginger Sesame Peanut dressing,

Tarragon Chicken Salad, Dill Pickles, Bread and Butter Pickles, Italian Sausage, Spaghetti Sauce w/ground beef, Mushrooms and Italian Sausage.

Oh, and I also have a few bags of ENGLISH TOFFEE.They won’t last long so hurry!!!

I made a White Bean Chili Verde soup yesterday with Anaheim Chili’s (the best Chilis and hard to find in Mexico) and Carnitas meat.
Ready for local delivery tomorrow.
Today we are making Cauliflower Goat Cheese and Bacon Soup which is not only Keto friendly but absolutely my favorite of all the soups I make.

As many of you have noticed my booth at Mercado Sano has been unmanned lately. When Covid crept in and business slowed to a trickle I decided to pull my salesgirl, Pricila, to my house and trained her as my assistant rather than let her go. My delivery business exploded and this was the best business decision I could have made.
The owners at Rehiletes (sp?)have offered to help with my customers when we are not there and we will be working out the detail as this week. Such nice people.

CUCUMBER GAZPACHO....creamy blend of cucumber, dill, shallots, garlic, Greek Yogurt and Sour Creme topped with lil bit of cucumber and multi-colored pepper. It’s amazing!!!

***I’ve recently acquired a fabulous source of Chicken Feet (I know, ewww) to make the most nutritious Chicken Bone Broth and will now make that available to you @ 120p per liter. I simmer it for 18 hours with Garlic, Bay Leaves and Thyme so it’s good to drink as is or add veggies etc. It’s purported to be one of the best gut healing things you can put in your body!
