Due to my own dietary restrictions, I have come up with healthy recipes for yummy baked goods. I was diagnosed with a metabolic disorder at 2 days old - MCADD.

I had to learn how to adjust without eating any fats - even the good for you fats (my body cannot process them). With the help of my mom, and a few cooking classes, I learned how to create recipes with amazing flavors and no fat! I use a lot of fruits, vegetables, and creative spice combinations to make my baked goods. I can easily accommodate any dietary restriction. I substitute oils, butter, an

d egg yolks for more healthy alternatives. Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, Sugar-Free OPTIONS. I am working on MY new recipes all of the time. Keep posted and follow for my new flavor ideas. Maybe soon... BAGELS & PRETZELS!

Hi everyone! I am baking a few batches of my banana zucchini carrot bread. Always fat free!

This time for a special cause. A dear family friend here in San Miguel needs our assistance. She is an amazing mom and teacher who was recently windowed. She has three small kids, one of which has special needs. There was a medical emergency which requires a very expensive surgery for her daughter. I am baking a few batches of banana bread, and 100% of the proceeds will go toward her medical bills. We will also take any donations.
