Menu and Description
*All breads are made with King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour and/or Golden Wheat Flour
**These are yeast-leavened breads, not sourdough.

Jalapeño Cheddar - packed with jalapeño and Tillamook Cheddar Cheese, 160 pesos

Multigrain Multiseed- a blend of golden wheat and unbleached bread flour with oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, and sesame seeds

Cranberry Orange - flavored with orange zest and loaded with cranberries

Cinnamon Plum - flavored with cinnamon and packed with dried plums

Basil* with Garlic and Parmesan - fresh herbs, lots of garlic and freshly grated Parmesan

Rosemary* with Garlic and Parmesan Focaccia- crispy crust, tender crumb, with plenty of fresh herbs, plus garlic and Parmesan. Two pieces are equivalent to a loaf of bread.

French Round - classic white round loaf

Potato Bread - soft sandwich bread made with real mashed potatoes

French Rolls - perfect size for dinner rolls or small sandwiches. Six rolls are equivalent to a loaf of bread.

*Basil and Rosemary are interchangeable, depending on availability
