Hola neighbors!

Today at the bakery I have chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cranberry cookies, and peanut butter cookies. I also have some brownies and I'm halfway done making lemon bars. They will be done about 2:00.

I also have three dozen large brown eggs from Sue at Ramajal Riders Ranch. They are 90 pesos a dozen and have been kept in my refrigerator since it is so hot.

Hola neighbors!

Today I have an order for an apple pie.

I normally make three when I get an order for one, but the store didn't have enough apples to make three pies, so I'm only making two.

That means I have one extra apple pie for sale today after 2:00. It will be 250 pesos, and it's made from all locally sourced products. The same quality of stuff that you can buy for your own home. Chances are we have the same brand of stuff in my bakery that many of you have in your refrigerator and pantry.

I also have some brownies, oatmeal cranberry and peanut butter cookies, and a couple of banana breads left.

Hola neighbors!

Today at the bakery I have chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cranberry cookies peanut butter cookies, brownies, lemon bars, and some banana breads.

I am also making some biscuits and gravy and they will be ready in about an hour. After 10:00 a.m., and I'm making sweet potato pies this afternoon because I haven't ordered for one, so I will have two extras.

I also still have six dozen eggs from Ramajal Riders Ranch.

Hola neighbors!

Today at the bakery I have lots of cookies! Chocolate chip, oatmeal cranberry, and peanut butter. I also have some banana breads and I have lemon bars going in the oven in a few minutes. I will have brownies after that, and I'm making some sweet potato pies also. I have one ordered, so I will have two extras. (And no, just FYI, am not selling pumpkin by the can just because it's on my back table. If you want a pumpkin pie for me, you'd have to order one and have me make it for you.) 😎

Tomorrow I am making some biscuits and gravy for a special order, and I will have maybe six extra orders available after 10:00 a.m.

And I have several dozen eggs from Ramajal Riders Ranch that Sue dropped off.

However, as I've gotten older, I found people are more interested in following the advice famously attributed to Alice Roosevelt Longworth, the daughter of President Theodore Roosevelt.

"If you can't say something good about someone, sit right here by me".

And this mentality is coming from the generation that will help raise the generations that are breeding now.

Hola neighbors!

Sue just dropped off some more eggs from Ramajal Riders Ranch. They are priced between 40 and 100 pesos per dozen depending on the size.

I also have a pumpkin pie, a few lemon bars, banana breads, and a few cookies and carrot cupcakes.

I'll be leaving in about a half an hour, but I will have these things, and more, tomorrow.

Well, I sold the half a pie, but I still have one whole key lime pie left for 200 pesos. I will sell a half a pie for 110, or a quarter pie for 60. Any of this pie that's not sold by 4:00 p.m. when I close, it's going home with me!

Today in the bakery I have a couple large banana breads, some oatmeal cranberry cookies, and one and a half key lime pies left. I am making some more stuff this afternoon, but I'm not done with them yet. The whole pie is 200 pesos, a quarter of a pie is 60 pesos. I have whipped cream for the Top If you would like it also.
