Back in Cyprus, today we went to one of my favorite places on the island. The walled city or old town in Famagusta. Another great coffee and some great traditional pastries.

We went to a neighboring village today to pick up some flour and we were able to watch the whole production from start to finish. What an incredible process! The person who brought in his wheat to be made into flour, has a local bread bakery and we’ve been invited for a tour of his production. Can’t wait!

Our last day at Palma season Four! It was so nice seeing our friends come out and say goodbye and new baby’s ( Gabriel, our baker from last season) making an introduction!

We’ve had a few days off now but we’ve been busy closing Palma down for the season.

Tony is pretty darn excited about Palma Coffee. Opening soon at Palma.
