Recipe testing continues at the CHIPPY, it’s so hard to decide which ones to put on the upcoming menu. Definate keepers are the Truffled MAYO ( omgggggg delish))))) ROASTED GARLIC AIOLI ( yummmmmm) The JALEPENO SMASH SAUCE, another outstanding sauce that’s super creamy and a bit of heat on the back end. We are still working away on perfecting our gravy, chili sauce(think Coney Island chili) and of course our creamy cheese sauce! Oh the fun this has been! We are getting closer everyday and fingers crossed we will have our official opening date announced next week! What sauce would you like to try?
