Made delicious banana bread today. I just swap out the butter for vegan butter and applesauce for the eggs, to make it vegan. It’s moist, not heavy and yummy 😋

Sometimes people wonder or ask why our products are expensive. Well to start with, I don’t think they are that expensive for good, wholesome, healthy food. I also understand that many people don’t realize what goes into cooking, making vegan food, that taste good, and truly putting thy energy and love into the products. if our prices are too high for some people, I understand that and I can even work with people on that. The thing I won’t do is compromise my products, and my integrity on the products that I choose to use. My products are made with organic, if possible, All natural, no preservatives, no ingredients that you can’t pronounce or that you don’t recognize. Just as a comparison, I’m sure these products might be wonderful, but if you read the ingredients all some of them or many of them are not that great for you, or you don’t even know what they are. And my vegan crabcakes it’s very simple hearts of palm, Red and green pepper, breadcrumbs, seaweed, vegan, mayonnaise, olive oil, onion, garlic, and regular spices that anyone uses, but probably the most important part is old bay seasoning. That’s the thing that makes it similar to a crab boil or a crabcake. I don’t use any potato starches not that those are bad, but I don’t use any kind of preservatives in my food. Oh, and I mustn’t forget lemon. All fresh all healthy all delicious and I would put them against any boxed vegan or maybe even non-vegan crabcake. And the garlic aïoli sauce that I serve it with is amazing.
