⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS ⚠️

Dear clients, I would kindly like to bring something to your attention. ❤️

When a specific delivery/collection time is agreed upon, I always organise my day around that time. Today, for example, I was asked to deliver a wedding cake at a specific time, with payment to be made in cash upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to wait for more than an hour for the client to arrive.

I completely understand that unexpected things can happen, but I also have other orders to prepare and deadlines to meet. When I am kept waiting for a long period, I am unable to continue with my work, and ultimately that waiting time is working time—and working time is money.

This has happened a few times in the past as well, so I would really appreciate it if agreed delivery/collection times could be respected as much as possible. 🙏

I always do my best to respect my clients' time, prepare orders on schedule and deliver as agreed. I kindly ask for the same consideration in return. ❤️

I also want to clarify my payment policy. I prefer and require the balance to be paid when the cake is delivered or collected.

This is because, in the past, some clients have said they would make the payment later, and I have then had to spend several days chasing payments and sending reminders.

Once the cake has been made and delivered, the payment should be completed at that time. If there is a genuine issue, please communicate with me beforehand so we can discuss it.

Thank you for understanding and respecting the time and work that goes into every order. 🎂✨
