Darshana is a part-time home baker doing some incredible cheesecakes with new and bold flavours.

I think Umami et Découverte deserves this award because to date, I can still remember my very first bite of the red fruit cheesecake I ordered from her. I had asked her to reduce the sugar content but also it was the attention to details such as the cream cheese and the crust or even coconut in the crust for that nutty flavour.

She is also doing some innovative flavours like motichoor ladoo 😱

Tomorrow we will announce the best restaurant of 2023 ☺️
