Vroom vroom! 🏎️💨 Zooming into Nicholas’s 5th birthday with total Hot Wheels energy!

Here’s a sweet cake decorator secret: to give this setup all the high-octane height and dramatic 2-tier impact without leaving behind tons of extra cake, the bottom tier is actually a faux display cake! The top tier is 100% real, fresh, and ready to slice when it’s time to blow out the candles. 🎂🔥

Smart design, maximum drama, and zero wasted cake—the absolute best of both worlds for your celebration.

Can someone please tell me why we do this as bakers? 😂😂 Knowing very well we’re only going to use ONE picture! 🙆🏾‍♀️

My phone is always complaining about storage space 😭😂 The worst part? I probably have like 5 pictures of myself… and the rest is CAKES, CAKES and more CAKES! 😂🙆🏾‍♀️

Bakers, please explain yourselves! 😂😂

People always ask me who my favorite clients are, but the truth is: my first and forever VIP clients will always be my kids. 🥰 There is nothing quite like the pressure (and the absolute joy!) of baking for your own family. Making this custom dim sum steamer cake for my daughter’s 10th birthday was pure love in every detail. Happy Birthday, my sweet Zoé! 🥢🥟✨
