Every whisk, every oven burn, every late-night bake…
was part of a dream that refused to fade.
I’m just a baker who fell in love with flour, sugar, and butter — and with the joy they bring when shared. For years I’ve been baking, learning, failing, retrying, and smiling through it all.
Now, it’s time to share that love with you.
Nime Bakes is my little corner of sweetness, a small Mauritian business with a big heart. Every cake and pastry is made with care, patience, and a sprinkle of my own story.
The name “Nime” comes from my Tas’nime — because this is me, behind every whisk and swirl of frosting. 💛
