From doing all the things… to pausing, reflecting, and thinking like a CEO!

Yesterday morning, we gathered at Avenue 77 for Vision to Reality - a strategic reflection session that invited us to step out of the day-to-day and take a more intentional look at how we’re building our businesses.

A big thank you to Mette Lorenzen, founder of Mettelina Cupcakes Café in Valletta, for sharing her honest experience of balancing being both the CEO and the one getting things done, a reality so many of us relate to.

Through small group discussions, personal reflection and open sharing, we explored a simple but powerful question:
👉🏼Are we working in our business, or on it?

What followed were meaningful conversations, moments of clarity and most importantly, clear next steps. We loved seeing accountability partnerships naturally form, with members committing to support each other beyond the session.

A heartfelt thank you to Avenue 77 for hosting us, and to Mettelina Café for the delicious cupcakes that kept us going ☕🧁

Because sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do for your business… is pause and choose your next move with intention.
