Putting a face to the bakes! 👋✨

to last July at the Valletta Food Festival—my very first food festival with Ipore Artisan Bakes! 🍰🎪
Taking this leap was equal parts terrifying and exciting. I couldn't have done it without my amazing friend Vicmar Pérez Leal, who was right by my side as my main motivator and helper for all 3 days, and my husband, who stayed home taking care of our son so this dream could happen. Truly a team effort! 💖👨‍👩‍👦
This was the very first of many more festivals to come! Thank you to everyone who has supported this sweet journey so far. Onward and upward! 🚀✨

A recipe full of memories (and lots of chocolate)... 🍫✨
Baking brownies always takes me back in time. It reminds me so much of my older sister ❣️; she makes the absolute best brownies I’ve ever tasted. Since I was a little girl, I remember her baking them with so much love, whether it was to spoil us at home or to sell them.

Today, every time I take a tray out of the oven and see that perfect crinkle top, I feel like I’m honoring her and the inspiration she gave me.

Yesterday I baked this super fudgy batch with those sweet memories in mind. Something very special is coming soon... Who’s ready to try them? 🤤
