🇲🇹You can’t cross the channel to Gozo without making the mandatory pilgrimage to Nadur for a Maxokk ftira. 🍕

Cooked in a traditional, decades-old wood-fired oven, it’s not quite a pizza and not quite a bread - it’s special!

Crispy crust, thinly sliced potatoes, local ġbejna, and a whole lot of history wrapped up in a cardboard box. Best enjoyed hot, sitting by the sea. 🌊✨
