Easter π£ is just round the corner, here is a quick and easy amazing recipe by What's Cooking with Manuel β€οΈ
Biscoff Easter egg
For the shell
β 150g LINDT 70% cocoa chocolate
β 5 BISCOFF biscuits, broken into small crumb
β 4 tbsp rice crispies or puffed rice
β 2 heaped tbsp BISCOFF creamy spread
β Extra BISCOFF biscuits, BISCOFF creamy spread and melted LINDT chocolate to decorate
Start by melting 150g 70% chocolate and mix in the 5 broken BISCOFF biscuits. Spread into a half egg mould in a thick layer and allow to set. When ready, Melt 2 tbsp creamy BISCOFF spread and mix in the rice crispies/ puffed rice. Spoon this mixture into the set chocolate egg and even out. Cover the top with a thick layer of BISCOFF creamy spread, broken BISCOFF biscuits and drizzled melted chocolate.
