!!We are currently looking for a Finance Clerk to join our team!!

📍 Location: Luqa
🧾 Reporting to: Group Chief Financial Officer / General Manager

🔍 Role Summary
This is a generalist, entry-level accounting role covering bookkeeping functions, including payables, receivables, and payroll data preparation.

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Collate daily sales delivery notes and issue sales invoices through the accounting system
• Enter daily operations and billing data
• Record general expense invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare monthly payment runs
• Maintain bank records and perform reconciliations
• Input worked hours and leave data into the payroll system
• Coordinate with Operations and department heads on discrepancies
• Liaise with HR regarding employee updates in payroll
• Review payroll data with Accounts Officer / Financial Controller
• Monitor the accounts email mailbox
• Support the Accounts Officer with reporting requirements

✅ Requirements
• O-Level Standard (MQF Level 3) education
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Previous office experience (accounts-related preferred)
• Familiarity with accounting and payroll software
