Top lunch of the week: Gluten free Paleo tortillas with beef, salad with lettuce, tomato & cucumber (olive oil and lemon dressing) and steamed broccoli with cheese (homemade Paleo ketchup & mayo). Drink: natural juice with orange, apple, cucumber, celery, carrots, ginger and mint leaves. I love you Planet Box!!!!!
Top almoço da semana: Tortilhas Paleo e sem glúten com bife, salada de alface, tomate e pepino (tempero de azeite e limão) e brócolos a v***r com queijo (molho caseiro e Paleo: Ketchup & maionese). Bebida: sumo natural com laranja, maçã, pepino, aipo, cenouras, gengibre e folhas de hortelã). Adoro Planet Box!!!!

New chocolate chip cookie! Gluten free and sugar free...(honey and coconut crystals) with almond & oat flour! My kids love it!!! Novas bolachas com pepitas de chocolate! Sem açúcar e sem glúten (cristais de côco e mel) com farinha de amêndoa e de aveia! Super aprovado pela malta mais pequena cá de casa!!!

Lunchbox favorite this week: Gluten free, Paleo chicken nuggets (the taste is amazing) with homemade ketchup (easy and delicious), vegan cauliflower rice (no rice included) and steamed broccoli as a side dish. Almoço favorito da semana: "Chicken Nuggets" (sabor incrível) sem glúten e Paleo com Ketchup caseiro (fácil e delicioso), arroz vegetariano de couve-flor (não inclui arroz) e brócolos a v***r a acompanhar. The executive chef at one of London’s top restaurants has revealed how he made his à la carte lunch and dinner menus gluten and dairy free months ago — and nobody has noticed.
