David Silva started the bakery in Trincomalee area since 1970 yet the family history in baking goes back much further. He has been always used fine ingredients and traditional methods to produce best baked products. Then in 1980 I decided to join my father and give him a hand to develop what he started and I am so proud to say that I was able to be a part of his way to success. Even though we’ve s

tarted the bakery with Masonry Oven, in 1995 I wanted to enter to a new era where I decided to add all the new machineries to the bakery and take it to a new level but I still follow my father’s recipes and I always will in order to provide the quality products that we are famous for.
