The first being a Vanilla cake Sandwiched with a Vanilla Bean cream mixed with crunch and a layer of strawberry reduction. For his wife who loves to travel!

These Yummies went out recently 😊

The first was a 5kg Chocolate Crunch Cake with a scrumptious filling covered with a vanilla bean buttercream and decorated according to the Birthday Girl's request 💙🩵

The rest were Chocolate Ganache Crunch Cakes and an Almond n' Vanilla crunch requested by my overseas clients 😊

My 4 flavour Hand crafted Premium Chocolates as requested 😋
