In 1979, Fab started as a small operation in a home in Colpetty, which is now our main outlet. Chandra Madanayaka, Fab introduced many authentic and flavorful recipes that were previously only available at 5-star hotels, and the brand quickly gained popularity. As the business grew, the team expanded to include 20 professionals, some of whom are still with us today. Over the past 40 years, Fab has

become a well-known, loved, and trusted brand throughout Sri Lanka, with 26 outlets and an ever-expanding menu. Under the guidance of current Managing Director Hemantha Perera, the organization has reached new heights and is now a ISO 22000, Halal, HACCP & GMP Systems Certified Company. Fab is known for its famous gateaux cakes and lamprais, as well as a wide range of cakes, desserts, savory items, lunches, and traditional sweets. From a small home operation to a national choice for many in Sri Lanka, Fab has been the go-to place for all occasions. Our products are a testament to the care and expertise that goes into each and every creation.
