Ceylon Baker We are Ceylon Baker and we have been baking and serving bakery products here in Colombo since 2005.

Ceylon Baker is owned by Yasith Siriwardena, second son of late Mr. Dhammika Siriwardena (Chairman/Managing Director of Alankulama Holdings). Yasith Siriwardena (Executive Chef) trained at William Angliss Institute in Melbourne.
