The passion and motivation for baking was inspired from my loving βAmmaβ who is also a wonderful home baker. She encouraged, guided and motivated me with the support of everyone in my family. I myself was a passionate baker and I love to try out new and different cakes and sweets. Along the lines, I found myself craving for Tres Leches! The first time I tried it, I lost words to describe it! I knew one day that I would learn to make this delicious and mouth-watering cake.
The quarantine period gave me an extra motivation to make it. I started by making the traditional vanilla Tres Leches, and I wanted to explore other flavours, where the chocolate Tres Leches was an hit from the start itself. Therefore, I thought of making Tres Leches the signature dish in our venture to have a personal touch to convey my story and to continue my love for baking. Iβm so excited to continue and explore varieties of delightful bakes for all you amazing peeps!
Special thanks to my husband, for making this dream of mine come to reality and thank you everyone else for all your love and support. I do all the baking at our residence in Ettukala (Beach Road) together with my husband, who is the pillar of strength in what I do and the number one taster when it comes to all my cakes. Like I said baking has always been my passion, and that drives me more to create new cake stories, which on the plus side makes you all happy.....
