Looking for the perfect sweet and salty snack? This Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn Bark is crunchy, chocolatey, and incredibly easy to make. 🍿🍫

Ingredients:
150g chocolate
50g peanut butter
1 cup salted popcorn

Preparation
1. In a microwave safe dish, melt chocolate chunks and peanut butter together, until smooth.
2. Pour this over the popcorn and mix well.
3. Place the chocolate popcorn on a baking paper line tin in an even layer.
4. Freeze for at least an hour.
5. Break into pieces and serve. Best served cold.

Thin, crispy, buttery cookies with a rich chocolate centre. These Chocolate Oatmeal Lace Cookies are the perfect balance of crunch and sweetness. 🍪🍫

Ingredients
90g butter
120g sugar
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla
70g rolled oats
15g flour
A good pinch of salt
1 egg white
100g melted milk chocolate

Preparation
1. In a pot on the stove, mix butter and sugar until melted.
2. Allow to boil, then simmer for a few minutes, stirring from time to time.
3. Whisk in honey and remove from heat.
4. Mix in oats, flour and salt and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.
5. Once cool, whisk in egg whisk and let the dough rest for 8 – 10 minutes.
6. Place a spoonful of dough (at least 2 inches apart) on a baking tin lined with baking paper.
7. Bake for 8 – 9 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.
8. When the edges start turning golden brown, remove from the oven and allow to cool and harden on the tray.
9. Once cool, place a thick layer of melted milk chocolate on each cookie, and top with another.
10. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.

Let them cool, sandwich them with rich milk chocolate, and enjoy a perfectly crisp and indulgent treat in every bite.

What's next? Create your MasterChef-level treat using the above ingredients to stand a chance and win stand a chance to win an exclusive hamper.

How to Participate:
1. Create your own recipe using Oats, Banana and Ritzbury Professional cooking chocolate and record a recipe video.
2. Having a Ritzbury Professional Chocolate pack in the video is mandatory.
3. Publish your recipe video and tag the Rizbury Professional page. Don't forget to set the video to "public" setting.
