Bakeology Baking is science for hungry people, such as myself. Are you hungry? I like to experiment with new tastes and combos, to find that perfect baked goodie.

Whether it's a cookie that's crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside or a cupcake that has the prefect ratio of frosting to cake, baking for me is all about the science behind it.
