The Cake Botique was whipped up from a recipe of legacy and love – it’s Shyama’s delicious ode to her grandmother’s beloved baking and its tried-and-true secrets. From the age of nine, Shyama was a passionate observer – watching an array of ordinary ingredients transform into treats that evoked nostalgia, excitement and comforted the heart with every bite. Thereafter, she pursued mastering the art

of baking through PME diplomas in baking and sugar craft, and a baking diploma from the Toni Khan Chefs School. Today, Shyama flawlessly combines the matchless goodness of home baking with the flair of professional expertise and dazzling finesse. Shyama is a ‘cake planner’ who teams up with you to bake the centerpiece to your memories – from understanding the occasion to the color, or the emotion to the design, she has formulated a haven for dessert dilemmas, so every bite is an addition of the celebration. With every slice, you see the cross-section of two worlds that have finally come together – with the personal and love touch high-end cakes desperately need, and the decadent artistry homemade cakes lack.
