Crème Brûlée

Literally translates to “burnt cream”. This French classic is both crunchy and custardy, making it an exquisitely rich and elegant dessert.

You won't find any berries on ours, but we’ve used real vanilla beans and recommend torching the sugar till it forms a crisp caramelised ceiling.

The creamy custard is barely sweetened so that the shards of caramelised sugar can give the desired sweetness.
