The name reflects her fondness for decorating her creations in whimsical sprinkles and intricate toppings that brings much joy to many a sticky-fingered child! Although it is true that Ajantha had not found the time or wherewithal to realize her dream of professional baking until her both her sons had long left the nest, baking had always been a lifelong passion and pursuit. She is famous in her social circles for her ability to achieve just the
right consistency in her delicious creations, the delicacy of their layering and decoration and balance in their taste. Today, Ajantha takes orders for birthdays, work parties and all manner of soirees, creating customized cupcakes for each event. Although cupcakes are her speciality, her "Pineapple Upside Down cake", "Butter cake" and "Pineapple Gateaux" has gotten enough rave reviews and requests that she has added them to the ever-expanding permanent menu. Ajantha’s meticulous attention to detail, the joy she finds in attempting new designs and concoctions, and the loving, homey, "Mom's" touch she infuses into all her creations are all hallmarks of "Stardust Delights".
