කන්න කලින් කියවන්න👇

සාමන්‍ය බටර් කේක් 1kg නිවැරදි ප්‍රමිතියට සෑදීමට අපිට අවශ්‍ය කලමනා මොනවාදැයි අපි බලමු 👇

▪️බටර් 250g
▪️බිත්තර 5
▪️පාන්පිටි 250g
▪️සීනි 250g
▪️fresh milk කෝප්ප 1/2 ක්
▪️බේකින් පවුඩර් 2 tsp
▪️වැනිලා 3 tsp

දැන් මේ සදහා යන දළ වියදම බලමු 👇

▪️බටර් 250g.......... රු.400/=
▪️බිත්තර 5........... රු. 110/=
▪️පාන්පිටි 250g....... රු. 50/=
▪️සීනි 250g........... රු.40/=
▪️fresh milk.......... රු.55/=
▪️බේකින් පවුඩර්....... රු.20/=
▪️වැනිලා 3 tsp...... රු.40/=

මේ සදහා යන මූලික මුලු වියදම රු.715/=යි. තවද විනාඩි 45 - 55 අතර කාලයක් කේක් එක බේක් කරගැනීම සදහා වැය වෙන විදුලි පරිභෝජන වියදම මීට එකතු කල පසු හා සැපයුම්කරුගේ ලාභයද එක් කල පසු වර්තමානයේ වෙළදුන් ඉතා අඩු මිලකට කේක් අලෙවි කරන්නේ කෙසේදැයි ඔබම සිතා බලන්න. නියම ප්‍රමිතියකින් යුත් කෙර්ක් කිලෝවක් රු.900/=ට අඩුවෙන් කිසි සේත්ම අලෙවි කල නොහැකී.

බටර් කේක් කිලෝ එකක් රු. 1000/= ක් කිව්වම ගොඩක් දෙනෙක් කියන කතාවක් තමයි ,
"අම්මෝ එච්චර ගාණක් වෙනවද?"
"අනිත් කඩවල් වල , අනිත් අය කරනවා ඔච්චර ගනන් නැහැ නේ"




බටර් සහ බිත්තර නොදමා ඒ වෙනුවට කෘතිම පිළිකා කාරක oil සහ jell වර්ග භාවිතා කරමින් සාදන කේක් ඔබේ දෙමව්පියන්ට,දරුවන්ට, හිතවතුන්ට දීමට පෙර දෙවරක් නොව කිහිප වරක් සිතන්න.

හොදම දේ තමන් දන්න කියන විශ්වාසදායී කෙනෙකුගෙන් හෝ ඔබ ඔබේ නිවසෙදීම සාදා ගන්නා ලද කේක් එකක් රස බැලීමයි.
