We need to tell you something about our cheesecake.

When we first introduced it, the strawberry layer wasn’t homemade. We used a ready-made commercial purée.

And honestly? You loved it.

But we knew it wasn’t quite what we wanted Bakerhood to be.

So as part of our ongoing upgrade, we went back to the kitchen and started making our strawberry purée ourselves, using real strawberries.

Because “good enough” isn’t really the standard we’re trying to build.

Same creamy baked cheesecake. Same buttery biscuit base. Now with strawberry purée made by us, from real fruit. 🍓🤍

This is Bakerhood, getting better.

وقت عملنا هالصنف اول مرة، ما كانت طبقة الفريز مصنوعة ب BAKERHOOD — BAKERY كنا نستخدم الفراولة الجاهز والمتوفرة تجارياً.

وبصراحة؟ حبيتوها.

بس كنا نعرف انه هيدا مش المستوى يلي نحنا منحب نوصلّه ب "Bakerhood".

فقررنا كرمال نحسّن مستوانا وجودة منجاتنا نرجع للمطبخ وبلشنا نحضّر الفريز بنفسنا، استخدمنا الفريز الحقيقي.

لأن مستوى "الجودة المقبولة" مش هو المعيار يلي نبنيه ونرسخه.

نفس cheesecake الكريمي، ونفس قاعدة البسكويت الغنية بالزبدة، ولكن الآن مع فريز نُعدّه بأنفسنا من الفاكهة الطبيعية. 🍓🤍

هيدا هو "Bakerhood"، يتطور ويصبح افضل.
