Returning to Lebanon after ten years, the first thing he did was to open his own bakery. With the full support and help of his wife, “Furn Abou Adel” saw the light in 1967. Youssef was the 1st to create the automatic bakery in the Middle East by the name of “Yachouh Modern Bakery”. The journey goes on until this day. In 2014, his son Nino Ghantous uplifted “Yachouh

Modern Bakery” to a higher level with a new trendy concept. “Panino” is an Italian word that means Sandwich. Pan means bread, and with the personal touch of Nino Ghantous, “Panino Bakery” is now the result of 60 years of experience in this family business.
