Mathieu Mathieu offers a variety of memorable salty and sweet crêpes done like you've never seen or tasted

Mathieu est né au Liban en 1971, peu de temps avant que la guerre civile ne commence à ravager le pays. Ses parents, descendants de familles beyrouthines modestes, décident de fuir Beyrouth en direction de la France au bord d'un petit navire lors d'une nuit pluvieuse en février 1978. Malheureusement, le navire coule à quelques kilomètres de Marseille, et Mathieu est l’unique survivant. Il est bien

tôt adopté par une famille française et commence à travailler très jeune, aidant son père adoptif dans une poissonnerie à Cassis, un petit port au Sud de la France.

À l'âge de 20 ans, Mathieu en a marre du monde des poissons et décide d'entreprendre son propre travail avec sa petite amie Geneviève à Paris. Cette dernière raffole des recettes de Mathieu en général et spécialement ses crêpes mémorables aux goûts exotiques Libanais. Leurs affaires prospèrent en un temps très court leur permettant de visiter le Liban pour la première fois en 2012. Maintenant Mathieu décide de revenir aux origines et il vient d’ouvrir son premier débouché au Liban promettant d’offrir aux dégustateurs des crêpes magiques imprégnées du charme de Beyrouth!

Beirut was an amazing adventure for Mathieu, but now he has other opportunities as he is closing in Mar Mkhayel, only to be able to meet you at different areas of beloved Lebanon in his famous camionette!
